Palatine Concert Band Announces Its Winter 2018 Concert – March 11, 2018
Dear Friend of the Palatine Concert Band, Welcome to 2018 as we launch the second half of our 2017-2018 Palatine Concert Band season. We very much appreciate your ongoing support of the PCB and traditional concert band music. We’re pleased to announce our Winter Concert, FORMS & STRUCTURES, coming soon on Sunday, March 11, at 3:30 pm at PALATINE HIGH SCHOOL, Altergott Auditorium, 1111 N. Rohlwing Road, Palatine. You don’t want to miss it!
Our FORMS & STRUCTURES program, under the direction of Dr. Frederick Lowe, includes the following selections: Smetana Fanfare, Karel Husa; Nothing Gold Can Stay,Steven Bryant; Divertimento, Leonard Bernstein/trans. Clare Grundman; George Washington Bridge, William Schuman; The Phantom of the Opera, Andrew Lloyd Webber; Elsa’s Procession to the Cathedral, Richard Wagner/trans. Lucien Cailliet, and The Beau Ideal, John Philp Sousa/ed. Jim Worman.

Tickets are $8.00 for adults, $5.00 for student/seniors, and $1.00 for children under 12. Tickets are available at the door, or in advance online at http://www.cuttinghall.org, or phone 847-202-5222.
