Good Swing Wenceslas is the classic carol “Good King Wenceslas” in a variety of jazz-flavored styles as written for the Boston Pops Orchestra.
Sammy Nestico (b. 1924) has composed and arranged jazz and big band swing music since the age of 17. He received a Bachelors Degree from Duquesne University. He arranged for the Count Basie Orchestra, the US Air Force Band, and the US Marine Band in Washington, DC. He has orchestrated countless works for major film, TV and recording studios.
