Overture to a Winter Celebration Originally conceived as a longer orchestral medley for the Omaha Symphony, this flashy overture captures the holiday spirit with “Il Est Né”, “Le Divin Enfant”, “Pat-a-Pan”, and “Good King Wenceslas”.
James M. Stephenson (b. 1969) is a composer and arranger who lives in Lake Forest, IL. He attended the New England Conservatory of Music and spent 17 seasons with the Naples (FL) Philharmonic as a trumpeter.
